Tokenized funds, like private credit, usually let you cash out only on set dates. Fission lets institutions sell their stake for stablecoins any time, without waiting.

Multiliquid

Multiliquid raised $8M, led by Polychain, with CMT Digital, Strobe Ventures, Generative Ventures and Circle Ventures in the round.

Multiliquid lets institutions swap tokenized funds from Wellington, VanEck and Janus Henderson into stablecoins instantly, any hour of any day. Its founders came from Standard Chartered and UniCredit.

Anvil

Anvil raised $5M, led by Founders Fund, with Pantera Capital, Bullish and Robert Leshner in the round.

A letter of credit is a promise that the money is there if a deal goes wrong. Anvil puts those promises on Ethereum, fully funded, so the other side can check the money is set aside.

HoneyB

HoneyB raised $5M at a $30M valuation, led by Portal Ventures, with PEER Venture Partners and Anchorage Digital in the round.

HoneyB lets you borrow digital dollars against your Bitcoin and put them in professionally managed funds. You keep your Bitcoin and earn on top of it.

Spout Finance

Spout Finance raised $2M from Draper Dragon, Anchorage Digital and Flow Traders, plus Solana co-founders Anatoly Yakovenko and Raj Gokal.

Spout lets you borrow USDC against tokenized US stocks, up to 50% of their value, at 0% interest. Lenders get paid from options sold on the stocks instead. Its private beta launches soon.

AIsa

Tether invested in AIsa. Terms were not disclosed.

AIsa lets AI agents pay for the models, data and tools they use, in regular money or stablecoins, with spending limits set by the business. 250,000+ agents have run 100M+ transactions on it.

Bluvo

Mesh bought Bluvo. Terms were not disclosed.

Bluvo connects apps to people's exchange accounts so they can move crypto in with a few taps. Mesh already links 300+ exchanges and wallets, and Bluvo's co-founders join its team.
